YOU'LL LOSE MONEY YOU'LL LOSE MONEY! My final experience with 3men movers was March 6 2024. I spent so much time texting these people, that I LOST MY JOB in Alaska and had to move back to OH. Finally, after having my belongings from December 21, 2023 (which was late) till 9pm on March 6th, 2024, 3 Men Movers brought my belongings to my brother"s house, where I had to live, at 9pm. Every box was damaged or completely crushed- things were falling out of boxes and everything I bought new was damaged. They also go by the name TERRA MOVERS. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

We were disappointed and frustrated… We were disappointed and frustrated with our recent move. The men were excellent and worked so very hard but the move took 17.5 hours and 2 trips for a distance of only 1.8 miles. The problem was that the company estimates the size of the truck they send and the number of movers based upon square footage of the home and NOT THE TOTAL CONTENTS. No one asked us when we booked the move what we were moving ( the garage had heavy equipment and many tools and shelves with items) Very poor planning and a big safety risk for their movers, who did not finish until 2 AM the next day! Hopefull lessons learned for this company and certainty for us the customers who would not recommend 3 Men Movers unless they change their estimate process

AUGUST 29, 2023 WE CALL TO HAVE THE CONTAINER BROUGHT TO HER NEW ADDRESS AND THIS IS THE FEES THAT WE WERE TOLD $180 TO BRING THE CONTAINER AND $200 PER HOURS WITH A MIN OF 2 HOURS SO TOTAL $580 BUT THE KICKER IS MY STORAGE FEE WAS $299 WHICH WAS PAID ON AUGUST 20,2023 AND WHAT MAKES IT REALLY BAD WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT ISSUE CREDIT AND WE SHOULD HAVE INFORM THEM IN ADVANCE THE WE WHERE MOVING NOW HOW FUNNY IS THAT. SO WE GOT HER FRIENDS TO MOVE HER WHICH WHEN THEY GOT TO THE STORAGE PLACE THEY COULDN'T FIND IT AND WHICH TOOK A COUPLE OF HOURS THEN THE KEY SO HAPPEN TO BE MISSING, AND WE HAD TO PAID FOR THEM TO CUT THE LOCK. SEPT 20, 2023 THEY JUST CHARGE MY ACCOUNT $299 AND WHEN I SPOKE TO SOMEONE REGARDING THIS I WAS TOLD THEY NEED TO LOOK INTO IT BUT THE CLEARLY SEE THAT WE MOVE OUT . BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
