They lost part of our belongings They lost part of our belongings - charged us for 70 boxes, we only received 40 back. Another part of our belongings arrived broken because the boxes were severely damaged. They made my husband sign a settlement and remove his bad review and promised to pay for our claim on top of settlement. When i called claims department i was told that we were already paid and the claim was closed. I do not recommend using this company.

DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! I was misquoted. Ended up paying thousands more than originally expected. Half of my furniture was delivered and the other half did not arrive until a week later. If my daughter had not sent pics, I would have never known. No one from Petra called to tell me. When I was finally able to get to my storage unit, I found some of my furniture had been damaged. I still don’t know if everything is there. HORRIBLE!
