All the credit for my successful move… All the credit for my successful move should go to these movers. They treated my ancient harp with care and even tuned it to perfection.

Learn from my mistake This company will not be the company moving you. They just set up the move and find other companies to actually do the day of move. When we used them we had already moved out of our house and had all of our stuff in 3 large storage units. I gave them the size of the 3 storage units told them that they were very full and told them many of the large items that were in the storage units along with the total number of boxes. With that information they quoted me what I believed was a reasonable price. The day before we were to move their quality department called and said they were not going to have enough room on the truck for all of our stuff. We were already living in an apartment in the city we were moving to and had taken vacation time to go back and move everything. Now the day before they tell us they can’t do it. After much stress and a lot of discussion with the company I was told they would get another truck. The day of the move they were 2 hours late and then had to leave because there was not enough space on the truck that they brought. When they came back they were pulling a u-Hal trailer. They started so late that they were not able to finish loading that day. The next morning I was supposed to meet them at 7am so they could finish. Again they showed up late 8:45. It was now Sunday and we had to be back to work Monday morning in the city we moved to. They spent the rest of the morning loading and in the end still did not have enough room for everything. Their solution was to tie all of our nice deck furniture to the outside back of the truck. As my wife said “ it looks like the Beverly Hillbillies going down the street.” This company will not diver direct to you new location. They took all our stuff to Chicago and said it could be up to 7 days for delivery. Because they started so late on the 2 day we did not get back home till midnight. When they did deliver 2 different guys showed up. They were in a bad mood because there was supposed to be 2 more and now they had to do all the work themselves. Almost everything the moved had some sort of damage. There were busted handles, dents in furniture, finish rubbed off. The deck furniture that had been left on the back of the truck had rubbed together so bad that there were areas where the white pair was gone and you saw bare aluminum. My deck table that they had decided needed to be taken apart for the move they refused to put back together. They wouldn’t have been able to anyways because they lost all the white screws that went with the white table. The company admitted that they had badly under bid the job but that did not stop them from charging me almost triple the original price. They held my stuff hostage. If you didn’t pay they wouldn’t bring it in and they would leave with it. The company did agree that they owed me a refund for the poor job that they did For that refund I had to agree to not write a review. In the end they offered me $200. The total bill was $17000. I chose to write the review. I have never written one before. I hope this helps you make the choice to not use this company.

Don't get Robbed!!!! I willfully put a deposit of around $3100 down for a move. They stated it would cost 6-7k for the move. After going through a "quality control" process the price was bumped up thousands more. I requested my funds back and they stated they WOULDN'T refund me but would use those funds in the next move. I decided to file a dispute with the company through my bank and it failed! Months later I decided to use them because I thought I could use the funds deposited. After asking to be moved they said I had nothing left because I filed a dispute! They robbed me of every dime without any services provided. Apparently they need money more than the customers they are SUPPOSED to provide a honest service for.

These movers are magicians for fitting… These movers are magicians for fitting my bulky chair through the narrow entryway. I will definitely recommend them.
