Scammer Scammer , fraud this moving company. I had a disappointing experience with Venture Van Lines LLC. The quoted amount significantly differed from what they charged on the pickup day. This lack of transparency raises concerns about their pricing practices, making it difficult to trust their services. They gave estimates 2700$ , when truck driver show up he gave me 7500$. And will asked you advanced payment for booking which is non refundable . I never faced such a big scam in my life .

I have contacted the local company that… I have contacted the local company that Venture Van Line Florida contracted to move my possessions and they have not contacted me back to bring my possessions to Idaho. Still waiting after initial contact March 6, 2024 . They told me to text my information and they would confirm the delivery and I am still waiting. I gave them my delivery address and still have heard nothing. I called this morning 03-08-2024 and no answer so I left my delivery information again. I will continue to call but again. So far I would give this company a zero for honest service.

Tried to cancel in the 72 hour time frame and Jack, Don, Katherine are trying to reassure me to not cancel. I went to the bank and put in a dispute with services hopefully I will get my money back.
