The company is a total scam The company is a total scam, they'd try to trick you every step of the way. 1) They would refuse to provide a time window for pick up, unless you threaten to cancel. 2) Provided a quote for “xxx medium boxes” (on the quote they even provided the volume of the boxes as standard medium box 3 cubic feet), then two days before the move, they said the box sizes are “shoe box sized” and threatened that at pick up the movers will penalize us if we do not agree to a new and more expensive quote. 3) On the day of the move, they straight up DID NOT SHOW UP, and failed to tell us until we are 15 mins away from the end of our pick up window. Did not answer the phone or kept us updated the entire day, had to call constantly to monitor the progress then to be cancelled. 4) After they bailed on us, it took almost ONE MONTH and at least 15 phone calls to get our refund. As if they are hoping you’d forget about the money. Throughout the whole process, they were EXTREMELY CONDENSCENDING, not apologetic at all, and basically threatened us that we will get charged more at every step if we don’t comply to their BS. They take advantage of the fact that we were moving at peak months (June) and tried to scam more money out of you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY IN MOTION MOVERS OR USA LOGISTICS In June 2021, I had a ten day Escrow and needed to move in a hurry, I called IN MOTION MOVERS, Isabel assured me they could handle my move from Menifee California to Loganville Georgia , I requested additional insurance but she insisted that the Company’s insurance was enough so I had nothing to worry about. They send USA LOGISTICS out to pack and move me, the driver Will, along with three young men, two Hispanics and one Black, the first thing they pick up to wrap they broke. Before they finished packing they broke three items. They held my stuff, only God knows where, until the end of July, and delivered them at dark in a U-haul driven by a man who was partially crippled, to my storage unit. When I was able to view my stuff, two safes was broken into and ALL my jewelry and personal items was stolen and the safes was taped up, my 65” TV, stolen, printer stolen, an Angel painting of my Son who passed away, stolen. A big purple painting along with several boxes with Tens unit heating pads and other medicine equipments all stolen. All my boxes was open and taped back up, crystals glasses stolen. The only thing I was life with was a few broken glasses and music boxes and my clothing and bedding. I felt like I was raped, how can people do this and get away with it? I think it’s time we stand together against companies like this and bring a class action suit against them. No one has the right to destroy and ruin people’s life like this, these were MY stuff, I paid them thousands of dollars to move me and they refuse to take responsibility. It seems they pickup thugs to do the job and making additional money from stealing from customers.

We had to hire an attorney and take both companies to court (where no representatives from either company showed) And won all of our motions to get our money and our stuff back. Here we are, 40 days after the court hearing… Still no money, still no staff, and we have lost our entire lives! No memories… my deceased husband’s things, my deceased father’s things, no pictures, nothing to pass on to my son, it’s like we no longer have a history! 😭😭😭

Avoid this company at all costs, SCAMMERS! Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but a scam!! I provided a detailed inventory of things I needed moved, which included 3 complete bedroom sets, 4 couches with coffee and end tables, 2 bookshelves, a patio set, lawn mower, grill and 50 boxes. Movers showed up and said I had roughly 6 linear feet in their truck, which they admitted wouldn’t even fit the couches. The driver was from a moving company and said In Motion Movers routinelyunder quotes the job, takes a big deposit and never actually intend on moving anything. They are nothing but crooks, I advise you to STAY AWAY FROM THEM! You have been warned, they will jack up the price when they arrive in moving day, luckily I told them to get lost and rented a few uhaul’s. Now I intend to sue to get my deposit back.
