No refund This is an update to a prior review I gave this company (that review was one-star also) on Yelp and on mymovingreviews.com. They promise a refund minus 20% within 45 business days after the contract is cancelled. It's been 55 business days, and I have not received a refund. I cancelled on May 1st. There has been no repsonse from this company after several emails asking about the refund. I am certain now that I will never get my money back, or even the partial refund minus the 20%. Be warned, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Move We are very dissatisfied with the services of this Company.They sent different movers(Familiar Movers).Who charged a different amount from my estimate.Also said it's 7-10 days before receiving our things when I asked.Its day 9 of moving from LA to NV and no one can give me an ETA for our things.We think for the inconvenience we need to be compensated.Trusted Priceline Van Lines
