Brokers, Can't Guarantee Good Movers I had a mover scheduled, paid extra to ensure that they would accept a credit card, and had them arrive 2 hours past the original window and on the phone with another customer who was threatening to call the police. They wouldn't tell me the specified date of delivery and wouldn't guarantee the quote even though it was binding. Customer service rep I talked to was really nice when I first booked and was reassuring. Reality was very different. I lost my deposit and all funds because of them. It's going to cost me an extra $3000 to move because of this mistake of going with the cheapest but highly rated moving company broker.

Nightmare to deal with Belmont -bunch… Nightmare to deal with Belmont -bunch of scammers, just want to collect advances with wrong estimates, they don't have facility or Transport services of their own - just brokers to collect Advances and trap customers till last for more and more payment. their estimates are not reliable and will change at the time of pick up may double also . We did a move from them from TX to CA and they are the worst people in this industry

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!!! I hired them Back in August and it took over two months to have my things delivered, stuff was missing and broken!!!! They did nothing to help make the process easier nor did they offer any type of reimbursement. I was overcharged and scammed, the staff members were rude and very unhelpful. I ended up filing a police report to get the rest of my belongings. I hope they are shut down and never get another costumer again!!! I wish I could give 0 stars !!

THEY HAD MARSHAL VAN LINES, IN HALEDON NEW JERSEY, PICK UP OUR HOUSEHOLD IN SEPTEMBER 2022, AND IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED TO US!! THEY TOOK EVERYTHING, EVEN OUR FAMILY PICTURES!! 35 YEARS OF ACCUMULATING ITEMS AND NOW, GONE!!!! THIEVES! THEY EVEN KEPT OUR $10,000 PAYMENT TO THEM! THIEVES! DEVILS! WE HAVE TO RE-BUY EVER SINGLE THING WE OWNED! MONSTERS!

They subcontract and take no responsibility Edit - This is the company based in Florida. There is more than one Belmont. Here’s the problem - they subcontract out to people who subcontract out and the contract you sign with Belmont says they aren’t responsible - I didn’t read the fine print. Took a month to get my stuff. A box was missing and I ended up with two table tops that weren’t mine. Boxes were crushed and some items were damaged or discolored by sitting in a very hot warehouse in Dallas for the month. I regret my choice.
