About Nationwide Moving and Storage LLC

Nationwide Moving and Storage LLC is not a motor carrier and does not own moving trucks. We are a properly licensed interstate broker and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of the household goods by an FMCSA authorized motor carrier, whose charges will be determined by its published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier’s tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.

This company is as honest as George… This company is as honest as George Santos. They present as a moving company but they are “brokers” who consider getting in the way of money a job. They take your money and hire someone for less to do the actual work, adding nothing to the process but expense. Once you have signed up they sign off, passing a fraction of your buck to a real moving company which is then saddled with your discontent at being hoodwinked. They are grifters and frauds. Go elsewhere for service. You will get only abuse from them.

I had great service from the intake and followup I had great service from the intake person Michael Robinson and then had an issue with the trucking company and David Spears was a true blessing. The people that work there made my move wonderful. The trucking company, NOT SO MUCH!

BE AWARE OF THEIR CARRIERS! I knew that Nationwide Moving is a broker when I signed a contract with them. However, when I researched the carrier that they assigned to my move, I was freaked by the horrible reviews on the BBB that other customers gave. I asked Nationwide Moving to assign me a REPUTABLE carrier, and the one that they then assigned had even worse reviews (The BBB gave them an F rating). I was lucky that I canceled my contract within 72 hours of signing it, so I did get my full deposit back. Whew! I am writing this because I want to alert potential customers of my experience. Nationwide Moving shamed me for asking questions and voicing concerns about my contract matters. One guy even told me that I was "a really nervous person who needed to take a deep breath and settle down." Folks, do your homework. READ THE CONTRACT. Know every single item on your inventory and triple check it. READ THE REFUND POLICY, and trust your instincts. You MUST realize that an 18 wheeler will arrive with your belongings at the destination point and, if they can't access the drop off, you will be charged A LOT more. Yes, moving is very stressful, but take the time to read your contract carefully. Nationwide Moving contract is very explicit, BUT they hire horrible carriers to actually do the job.

I wish I could give a 0 star I wish I could give a 0 star. Limited communication before what was supposed to be the move. Movers didn’t show either day. I was never told what company was coming. Was never given a contact number (like hey expect a call from this number 24-48 hours prior to your move). Dont use them at any cost. I’m now scrambling to find an affordable way to ship stuff across country within the next month. Luckily they didn’t get all the money

Highly Recommended. Scott and his team turned out to be a blessing for me, they were punctual and he gave me his personal number so I could reach out anytime I needed assistance but luckily never needed it. Highly Recommended.
