I am very happy with Absolute Pest … I am very happy with Absolute Pest Control's service. Joe came the first time to place the baits. Sue came the second time to check and refill the baits and plug the holes in the exterior of the house. After the first visit, we saw NO mouse evidence after only about 5 days! Both technicians were friendly, careful and knowledgeable about the process of ridding our building of mice. It was bats, not mice! We thought we had mice, but when Josh, the Absolute representative, came to examine the area, he immediately determined that bats were the source of the droppings which we had noticed. He very thoroughly examined the house and saw where there were openings which could be used by the bats. He plugged up the openings and installed an escape hole for any remaining bats. They could not return through the hole due to its slippery surface. The hole will be sealed over soon, after adequate time has elapsed for the bats to leave. Good work from start to finish. I recently had to call for service… I recently had to call for service after spotting some carpenter ants on my home a month after their quarterly visit. The phone center was able to find a tech person to come to my house within hours of my call. Hassan, from Absolute, arrived within the promised timeframe. He was courteous, personable and most importantly capable of tackling my situation. He proposed an approach then called his supervisor to confirm.
