I’ve been useing Automatic Trap A24 for a few months now, and I would have to say, “the best humane trap on the market”. Very reliable and easy to use straight out of the box. Durable plastic casing design holds up under rugged use out doors. No dangerous poison to harm pets Pros: Easy to use. No harm to wildlife or the environment. Light weight but rugged and durable. Cons: High in cost No variety in bait No security box available Our Opinion: Automatic Trap Co is leading the way for home owners and companies to have alternatives to rodenticides. With technology growing more everyday, Automatic Trap is offering safer alternatives to common rodent problems.

Very satisfied Very satisfied. I installed it on Saturday and I woke up on Sunday to find two big fat rats there (I think they´re male and female). Easy to set up and looks well made and long lasting. I made a wooden base and upright to move it around and added a cocoa tin screwed to the upright to cover the lure holder, as I´m afraid my dog will chew the plastic top off to get at the chocolate. I´m removing a star, though, as I live in Spain and they don´t ship here, but they do to France (next door and part of the EU) and I had to set up a forwarding address to get it delivered.

Great Experience Overall Overall, my experience with Automatic Trap was great. There were some issues with the availability of certain products (of which I was in dire need), but can't fairly blame AT for shipping problems due to the Covid pandemic...and the product WAS finally "in stock" and shipped quickly. Linda Rithvixay, Customer Resource Mgr., was wonderful. She answered my somewhat irate email to the company in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and managed to reassure me and resolve my issue to my complete satisfaction. Outstanding Customer Service My trap suffered damage during its first use. I contacted Linda and she replaced the unit under warranty without any issues or charges, even included a prepaid shipping label for my old unit! The new system works perfectly and I’ve already killed 7 mice - 4 the first night! Great system and terrific customer service. I highly recommend the Good Nature Trap.

Trap not working with new bait package When I first bought the trap about a year ago it worked very well on mice and pack rats. I ordered new bait early this year and have not had the same success, although I'm still catching mice with traditional traps and see signs indicating the mice and rats are still around. I don't know if the new bait has a different formula(I noticed it is packaged differently), or if there is some other reason the vermin are avoiding the trap.
