Leak in yard I was in my bathroom and thought I heard water running but couldn't figure out what was running. I had never had to call a plumber before (I have been able to handle the small stuff myself) and remember seeing a Tiger truck at my neighbor's house so I called them. They had someone out at my house shortly there after and unfortunately it turned out there was a hole in my water pipe in the yard! Tiger got the water shut off right away and that same day was able to dig in my yard, find the section of pipe that was leaking, fixed and by the end of the day I had my water back on and no leak! The guys that came out were really nice, didn't treat me like an idiot when I was asking questions about what was going on and what they could do to fix things. The lady that answered the phone was also very sweet and she made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I would highly recommend Tiger to everyone I know. Hopefully I won't need to use them anytime soon but if I do have any problems Tiger will be who I call (I made sure they are in my contacts on my phone)

Emergency Service Outstanding I broke the shower handle in our Master Bathroom requiring all the water to be turned off to the house. Tiger restored water and fixed the leak on a two trip basis. Outstanding work at a very fair price.
