Ended up on a monthly subscription when I ordered a one time only When I ordered this product to try I ordered a one time only. Somehow I ended up on the subscription orders. When I called for my refund and to cancel this subscription order, they told me the order was already on it's way. They could either refund me 30% of my order which is $6.59 or I could pay to ship it back and I'm sure that would've been expensive for my 100% refund. Their customer service would not bend on anything, basically the attitude is SOL. I do not recommend this company. I informed them that I would write a negative review and nothing made a difference. They may have a great product, but are not willing to work with the customer. So I got the shaft on something I did not want a second of in the first place until I had time to evaluate the product working in my home and for my animals. Buyer beware! Terrible customer service!!!!

Today is April 2 Today is April 2, 24. I set up 2 of the bug traps and one of the lights went out. I replaced it and when I plugged back in there was a loud snap and at least 5 outlets were not working. I found the reset switch and restarted the electricity to those outlets. I threw that thing away and the 3 remaining are not connected at this time. Pieces of crap.

Great moth traps for pantry and clothes. I have used the clothes moth traps and the pantry traps for several years. They work wonderfully. Sometimes I'm shocked at how many of both moths are in the traps. I have lots of wool in the house, mostly in weather proof cartons but there is always something I forget about. You guys do the right thing!!

Within 2 weeks there were very few… Within 2 weeks there were very few signs of mice around the house and I thought they were all gone. Unfortunately a few days later there is either a rogue mouse in the house or one that has no sense of smell! We left for a weekend and came back to a pile of mouse turds around a bag of walnuts left out. Although fairly effective, it has not completely eliminated all mice.

I tried just about everything.... I tried just about everything to control the clothes moths in my house and apartment, which seem to appear out of nowhere at any time. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I found the Pashmina scarf I purchased on my trip to India and my favorite Brooks Brothers cashmere sport jacket riddled with moth holes. I purchased two boxes of the Closet Moth traps and placed them in closets, drawers - just about anywhere I could think of. The next day I checked and there were dozens of the little f@#$ers trapped, and no sign of flying kamikaze moths. I immediately ordered more so I would never be without. I also ordered 4 Termination Stations to see how they will work....ants, roaches, fleas from the dog - I can't wait til they arrive to give them a try. I'm also considering the Vamoose rodent deterents. I'm sure I'll give those a try also.
