Awesome team of professionals. I had a rat problem in my home. I called and Shaun came by that same day. After assesing the problem I was given a quote and he explained In detail how they were going to proceed, starting immediately. I was visited every other day by a great team of people: Greg, Kassandra to check the traps and remove the animals. The entrance ways were then repaired. When no more rats were found, they came in to remove all the insulation and put in new. Everyone was very professional. I got calls each time they came to the house to confirm arrival time. Outstanding service from a great company A pregnant female raccoon was able to crawl into our home's crawl space and most likely gave birth to her babies. Every single person that we had contact with in the company, whether it was on the phone or in person, was a true professional. They were able to cause the raccoon and her litter, to vacate our house and they did a great job of sealing up the entry points. We will most definitely recommend Critter Control to anyone we know who might have similar problems.
