Arrow. Arrow.. I had a bad experience with the company. Until I got KATY on the other end of the fone.. She wa genuine and assured everything would be sorted out & true to her word she followed everything step by step. And rang up with every stage.. All was sorted out swiftly from then. Great work KATY.

For all of you that may not know Arrow… For all of you that may not know Arrow exterminating also does construction work! I have now had them out here to do work on my property twice. Although the last work there was a little snafu with the appointment schedule, everything worked out. I would absolutely recommend them for the construction work, they have done a great job! And a at a great price! And they do allll kinds of work (I personally had gutters taken down soffit and facia replaced, repainted, and gutters put back up). Thanks to the manager Steve (sorry don’t remember your last name), Ben Carmichael, and Barry Coombs, for their assistance in handling this current situation. And especially to Barry and his team for the work that they did!

Arrow is the gold standard! Their service is excellent, keeping our home free and clear of bugs [our main concern]. They are very careful, and informative, about using low or non-toxic chemicals and avoiding treatment when young children were living in our house. Our service technician is Jason, and he spends as much time as we request spraying every nook and cranny to assure effective treatment. He is knowledgeable about insect problems. Everyone at Arrow is friendly, courteous, and they do exactly what they say, when they say. It doesn't get any better.
