Easy to install too! My plumber said it would be a waste of money. I can tell you that this device does exactly what it claims.

I hope the product works better than their customer service. I was sent an email saying the product was shipped. However, the FedEx tracking did not work and I had no idea where the product was located. When I finally received the product one of the banana clips was broken. Seems like this should have been caught in the QC/QA process. So I haven't even tried the product yet however, it is not going well. The other issue, I have is their lack of a phone number to contact them. Just an email.

Works like they say Works like they say. I didn't tell my wife I hooked the Vulcan 3000 up; a week later she asked me what I did because she noticed a change in the water for the better. It was very easy to install. Shaun K
