Charges for Critters that were Never Caught We had an animal coming and going between our wall and fireplace stack. We had called Critter Control out just to get this animal out for us. We have previously called out a different company, but they said there was ZERO indication of rodents or creatures in the attic. However, we were still hearing noises near the fireplace. Critter Control came out and all of a sudden we had a rat/mouse problem. They suggested that they set up traps and seal the attic. They set up traps nowhere near where we said the animal was. However, they continued not to listen for two weeks and the creature ended up dying in the exact spot we had told them to investigate (stinking up the entire house). At the end of the day, we are having to pay for a service that they didn't provide (trapping a squirrel) all because they wound't listen to their customers. We were happy with wildlife protection ($689). The rodent removal was ($400). Had we known that they were just going to let the squirrel die we wouldn't have hired them. We could have removed a dead animal ourselves. We do not recommend. Oh and there were ZERO rats/mice.

He was always quick to address any needs and scheduling concerns, and always showed up on time.The trapping was effective and quality work was completed to prevent future pests.
