GBavoid, avoid, avoid Avoid, avoid, avoid. Our regular plumber was away, so we decided to use these guys as they promised to arrive within 40 minutes, Four hours later the plumber arrived. Our toilet stopcock wasnt working properly, and after he repaired it he said "he couldnt leave until he had paid us" We paid online and was shocked that the bill was over £300!. After he had gone, the leak had been fixed, but the toilet didnt really hold much water and didnt flush that well. After a couple of months, the repair failed, but as our regular plumber was back in town we called him instead. I then complained to this firm and asked for some compensation as per their small print on their webite. They didnt want to know and made small print up on the fly to wriggle out of their legal responsibilities. It seems I will have to force a refund through legal challenges. avoid. avoid. avoid.
