However, I didn't receive acknowledgment or receipt that my uploaded documents & payment was a contract for services paid. To this day I don't know what happened that company never answer my emails. Bordr. answered my inquiries prior to me uploading any docs or payments. Trustworthy is foremost important to me.

GBBordr is the best! I can't say enough about the customer service at Bordr! Not only has this company made everything streamlined, they assist along the way if you are confused. They respond promptly and go above and beyond to get issues (not caused by them) resolved. They also have numerous tutorials/blogs that come in handy throughout the visa process.

GBBordr has been Great… The process with Bordr has been great and quick. I was surprised that we received multiple emails from different Bordr email addresses. We weren't looking for these different alternate email addresses, so we missed some of the messages.
