Great Process The Procedures where Fast and simple

WOW, eezyimport is AWESOME! WOW, eezyimport, the name says it all. What a great company! Jegors (Jorge) made everything so easy. He walked me through the entire process. We had an issue on my end and Jegors walked me through resolving it and my shipment is on its way. The only way that I would move forward with international shipments is with Jegors and eezyimport's. I will definitely be doing more International business, now that I found this company. Thank you Jegors and eezyimport.

Chat support eventually got it done Chat support eventually got it done, with patience. I think the online forms could be much more intuitive for filling and editing. I also found I had to close the chat window to actually send the revisions. This, using Mozilla. I was confused by codes and moreso, the online merging of ISF [demanded NOW] and arrival notice [much later] data.

Great Support and Easy to File Great service and support! Would highly recommend using them. They were great to work with and made it easy for a first time importer.

Would not recommend Eezy import has been a pain to work with. They got my paperwork filled wrong which ended up detaining my vehicle by customs for a month. No apology or explanation. I even got hit with a $200 dock fee for the car sitting at the port which they would not even acknowledge or attempt to do anything to help me out. Would not recommend as I paid hundreds of dollars in extra “fees” when everything was done incorrectly.
