Fast, high quality and at a reasonable price I’ve reached out to Dreem for assistance with my O-1 case as a software developer, and here's what impressed me the most. Firstly, their free case evaluation has immediately caught my eye. For sure, other companies offer this too — it still gave me a good idea of what they could do and how they do it. It's important for me to receive prompt responses to my questions. Mostly because waiting for answers for weeks, especially when paying for them, is something I don't want to endure. I used to experience it before when I reached out to another company, and even scheduled a consultation!!! It took them a week there, and then I waited another 2 weeks for the actual meeting. Here, on the other hand, the team didn't let me down at all – they reacted to my request really quickly on the same or the next work day. If I have an urgent question they respond within an hour, sometimes even on non-working days. The contract stated that I should provide all the necessary documentation on time during the case preparation, they would even refund the money if the case was unsuccessful. This proves them to be responsible guys and also brings some confidence to the client. I don't want to lose money for nothing.
