I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.

If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding. An actual person eventually texts you back and helps you with any issues.
