Best Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try. I signed up for the call, and saved the contact number for Claimyr after I got the text confirmation that my call was being placed. When I saw a call coming in from Claimyr on my phone just 9 MINUTES LATER i was in shock. A real human from the EDD was on the line! I even asked her "Hi, did I get the correct number/department??" The lady at the EDD was able to help me and I just can't say enough how impressed I am with Claimyr getting me through so quickly. If you're on the fence-- just do it!

Well worth the fee and the 10 free callbacks in 48 hours was an absolute lifesaver because we failed on day 1, but successful on day 2.

It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. To top it off, Todd B from the company called me on yesterday to see if I experienced any issues during my call. Great idea with great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

The fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.
