They saved me time and trouble of needing to mandatory dial for who knows how long until I would get through and speak to someone. They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

An incredibly helpful service An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!

It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. To top it off, Todd B from the company called me on yesterday to see if I experienced any issues during my call. Great idea with great customer service. I would definitely recommend.
