I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. Better than stressing and spending days and hours trying to reach someone. Thanks guys!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Fantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied. Shoutout to Nicholas for his wonderful customer service as well!

They saved me time and trouble of needing to mandatory dial for who knows how long until I would get through and speak to someone. They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. I'm very happy to have given this a try after watching youtuber Ginny's channel.
