Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Been trying to get in contact with EDD… Been trying to get in contact with EDD PFL for a month now to try and confirm my dates for bonding with my daughter. Called numerous times to no avail. Best Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try. I signed up for the call, and saved the contact number for Claimyr after I got the text confirmation that my call was being placed. When I saw a call coming in from Claimyr on my phone just 9 MINUTES LATER i was in shock. A real human from the EDD was on the line! I even asked her "Hi, did I get the correct number/department??"
