Best Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try. I signed up for the call, and saved the contact number for Claimyr after I got the text confirmation that my call was being placed. When I saw a call coming in from Claimyr on my phone just 9 MINUTES LATER i was in shock. A real human from the EDD was on the line! I even asked her "Hi, did I get the correct number/department??" The lady at the EDD was able to help me and I just can't say enough how impressed I am with Claimyr getting me through so quickly. If you're on the fence-- just do it!

Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Such an amazing service and well worth the price.

There was delay due to some overpayment which I would have not ever known since I never received any notification via mail or email. Shout out to Claimyr for being a huge help! Definitely recommend! Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS.
