There was delay due to some overpayment which I would have not ever known since I never received any notification via mail or email. Shout out to Claimyr for being a huge help! Definitely recommend! The fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.

If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Such an amazing service and well worth the price.
