They saved me time and trouble of needing to mandatory dial for who knows how long until I would get through and speak to someone. They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Fantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied. Excellent Service 👍👍👍 I am stuck in pending payments since May and I tried calling countless times but I couldn’t get hold of a specialist who can fix the issues with my claim.
