It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.
