Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

100% Success rate with this service I've used this service twice and both time have been 100% successful. One for IRS and one for California EDD. The purchase flow is quick and easy. Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding. An actual person eventually texts you back and helps you with any issues. I had one where I selected the wrong service, they quickly realized the issue, refunded my money and I re-purchased the correct one.
