The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

Well worth the fee and the 10 free callbacks in 48 hours was an absolute lifesaver because we failed on day 1, but successful on day 2.

I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!
