I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. They saved me time and trouble of needing to mandatory dial for who knows how long until I would get through and speak to someone. They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Excellent Service 👍👍👍 I am stuck in pending payments since May and I tried calling countless times but I couldn’t get hold of a specialist who can fix the issues with my claim.
