Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. GBBest Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try. I signed up for the call, and saved the contact number for Claimyr after I got the text confirmation that my call was being placed. When I saw a call coming in from Claimyr on my phone just 9 MINUTES LATER i was in shock. A real human from the EDD was on the line! I even asked her "Hi, did I get the correct number/department??" GBEvery call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding.
