They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. Been trying to get in contact with EDD… Been trying to get in contact with EDD PFL for a month now to try and confirm my dates for bonding with my daughter. Called numerous times to no avail. Started to get worried because rent is coming up. Starting researching online and came across this website to help get in contact with a PFL agent. Was super skeptical but seeing all the reviews and feature on the news I took a chance. I paid the service around 9am in the morning. I finally got a call back from EDD PFL around 445pm before their office closed. Finally was able to correct my situation and such a load off my wife and I shoulders. Definitely recommend this service!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!
