Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!

I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Thanks to claimyr I FINALLY was able to… Thanks to claimyr I FINALLY was able to get a hold of a SDI representative. My disability got extended and have been waiting over a month to get paid. There was delay due to some overpayment which I would have not ever known since I never received any notification via mail or email. Shout out to Claimyr for being a huge help! Definitely recommend!
