GBEvery call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

The reason for this is that one of the reps really responded to my email and followed up by asking if I had made contact, and if I hadn't, she would be pleased to help me find the perfect agent. GBWorth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

GBFantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied. Shoutout to Nicholas for his wonderful customer service as well!

GBNever Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Such an amazing service and well worth the price.
