The reason for this is that one of the reps really responded to my email and followed up by asking if I had made contact, and if I hadn't, she would be pleased to help me find the perfect agent. The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Been trying to get in contact with EDD… Been trying to get in contact with EDD PFL for a month now to try and confirm my dates for bonding with my daughter. Called numerous times to no avail. Started to get worried because rent is coming up. Starting researching online and came across this website to help get in contact with a PFL agent. Was super skeptical but seeing all the reviews and feature on the news I took a chance. I paid the service around 9am in the morning. I finally got a call back from EDD PFL around 445pm before their office closed. Finally was able to correct my situation and such a load off my wife and I shoulders. Definitely recommend this service!

An incredibly helpful service An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!
