My personal attempts to place calls to reach CA EDD were fraught with difficulty and no matter which technique I tried I was never able to connect. Then I found out about Claim Yr. If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Excellent Service 👍👍👍 I am stuck in pending payments since May and I tried calling countless times but I couldn’t get hold of a specialist who can fix the issues with my claim. The fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.
