Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.
