Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Been trying to get in contact with EDD… Been trying to get in contact with EDD PFL for a month now to try and confirm my dates for bonding with my daughter. Called numerous times to no avail. Started to get worried because rent is coming up. Starting researching online and came across this website to help get in contact with a PFL agent. Was super skeptical but seeing all the reviews and feature on the news I took a chance. I paid the service around 9am in the morning.
