They saved me time and trouble of needing to mandatory dial for who knows how long until I would get through and speak to someone. They provide excellent customer service as well and they're very understanding. If you need help to get through EDD. This is wonderful option. I'm very happy to have given this a try after watching youtuber Ginny's channel.

It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.
