The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Such an amazing service and well worth the price.

The fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.

Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!
