There was delay due to some overpayment which I would have not ever known since I never received any notification via mail or email. Shout out to Claimyr for being a huge help! Definitely recommend! Excellent Service 👍👍👍 I am stuck in pending payments since May and I tried calling countless times but I couldn’t get hold of a specialist who can fix the issues with my claim. I used Claimyr upon the recommendation of coworker and finally, I talked to a nice gentlemen named Ted who fixed my pending payments. I recommend using their service to reach EDD. The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. To top it off, Todd B from the company called me on yesterday to see if I experienced any issues during my call. Great idea with great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.
