Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!

The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

It really works! I have literally called unemployment every day for months, line is always busy. I went on claimyr put in some basic info and boom I talked to someone it took only 26 minutes on hold. To top it off, Todd B from the company called me on yesterday to see if I experienced any issues during my call. Great idea with great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.
