Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Best Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try.
