Fantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied. 100% Success rate with this service I've used this service twice and both time have been 100% successful. One for IRS and one for California EDD. The purchase flow is quick and easy. Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding. An actual person eventually texts you back and helps you with any issues.
