I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. Worth not wasting your time calling for hours. Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!

Best Money I've Spent In a Long Time! OK, so I just used this service, and had to come straight here to leave a review. I don't know about you all, but even with stellar reviews online, I sometimes doubt the authenticity of them for a company I randomly found on Google. Well, today I was just so fed up and desperate after WEEKS of trying to get through to the CA EDD Paid Family Leave department to find out what is up with my application, that I figured I'd give this a try. I signed up for the call, and saved the contact number for Claimyr after I got the text confirmation that my call was being placed. When I saw a call coming in from Claimyr on my phone just 9 MINUTES LATER i was in shock. A real human from the EDD was on the line! I even asked her "Hi, did I get the correct number/department??" The lady at the EDD was able to help me and I just can't say enough how impressed I am with Claimyr getting me through so quickly. If you're on the fence-- just do it!
