The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding. An actual person eventually texts you back and helps you with any issues. Fantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied.
