GB100% Success rate with this service I've used this service twice and both time have been 100% successful. One for IRS and one for California EDD. The purchase flow is quick and easy. Instructions come via text. You can even text that same number for customer service. Speaking about customer service, it was outstanding. An actual person eventually texts you back and helps you with any issues. I had one where I selected the wrong service, they quickly realized the issue, refunded my money and I re-purchased the correct one. It also knows the business hours of who you're calling and will pause and continue trying the next day. They've saved countless hours for us, will 100% use and again and 100% recommend.

GBThe representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

GBFantastic ! Absolutely loved this service. I’ve been trying to get a hold of EDD for the past two weeks to get my disability claim approved. Just like everyone else, I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to take the chance if it meant a piece of mind. The first call I received dropped, but just reply “yes” when you get the message that asks if the call dropped, and they will call again for you. Definitely not a scam! I got my second call back within thirty minutes, and it was a live EDD rep on the phone. Issue is now resolved and I am extremely satisfied. Shoutout to Nicholas for his wonderful customer service as well!

GBThe fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.
