Every call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!

Never Going to Reach Cali EDD On Your Own I had been trying to get a Paid Family Leave representative on the line for over a week calling 10-30 times a day and always getting the message… “The maximum number of people on hold has been reached. Please call back later”. I had to get through to the PFL help desk to stay home with my new baby daughter, and Claimyr get me through to a representative within 30 min. Well, worth the money! After days of calling and calling Florida department of children and families and having no results. I signed up for this and got a call within the first hour. This app is awesome!

The representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.
