GBThe representatives are responsive and… The representatives are responsive and helpful to resolving any issues I had. My called dropped during a call with a representative with edd and I wasn't sure if Claimyr was going to try and connect the call again. I used their chat option and spoke with someone immediately and they reached out by email ready to help me. However, my phone rang and it was a representative from edd. I have used Claimyr during Covid and have always been pleased with their services.

My personal attempts to place calls to reach CA EDD were fraught with difficulty and no matter which technique I tried I was never able to connect. Then I found out about Claim Yr. An easy, safe secure and reliable product that really delivered on its promise to reach Edd. And..if by chance your call gets dropped, their follow up outstanding customer service immediately redials your call at no charge! Don't waste your time trying to navigate the EDD call system, let Claim Yr do it for you.

GBAn incredibly helpful service An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

GBExcellent Service 👍👍👍 I am stuck in pending payments since May and I tried calling countless times but I couldn’t get hold of a specialist who can fix the issues with my claim. I used Claimyr upon the recommendation of coworker and finally, I talked to a nice gentlemen named Ted who fixed my pending payments. I recommend using their service to reach EDD. GBEvery call that was got connected got… Every call that was got connected got disconnected total of 10 times over 48 hr. I need to speak to a specialist so the first representative that gets on phone always has to transfer me. Sometimes my call will drop mid sentence wit the first rep. Other times waiting hours for specialist then call drops. I’m frustrated don’t know what’s going on why everyone of my 10 calls dropped. And my issue with Edd is not resolved l!
