The fact this service exists is great The fact this service exists is great, I spent a few days on my own with both phones dialing edd constantly with no luck of reaching a person, always the “max number of callers” message. I spent the 20 bucks and was notified via text that I Claimyr would call on my behalf. It took 1 day and when I recieved my call, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. It really took the stress of calling out of my day. 10/10 would recommend just don’t tell them you used the services on the phone, and answer the phone like you’ve been saying hello for a while.

I accidentally chose the wrong department, and they refunded me and let me purchase again for the right department. The service WORKS. Well worth the fee and the 10 free callbacks in 48 hours was an absolute lifesaver because we failed on day 1, but successful on day 2.
