Responsive and delivered what I wanted :) Legit, the responding to emails and instant delivery of the course after payment was terrific. I know a few people would be on the fence and like one reviewer said below may be "off-putted" by the curt and straight to the point attitude - but I loved that here, lean to the point to answer my queries, with no fat. The whole process was very smooth and no wishy washy, which again, I need to reiterate, shouldn't deter you, from buying from them.
