Not a big fan on having to leave a… Not a big fan on having to leave a review before getting helped but I appreciate the help and hope you can fix my situation

They have no office where they claim… They have no office where they claim they are on Google. None of these 5* review said they got their money back.

Its good because they reach out to me… Its good because they reach out to me about my case, they are really know what you need to do and I’m hoping and very confident that they can able to get my money back.

Great customer service and shows they care I sent in a message about a small amount I lost and I was contacted back right away and was suggested to just let it be, so then I told them about another issue I was having with a much larger amount and I was emailed very quickly by a agent and because I hadn't responded soon enough I received a phone call and I'm so grateful because I hadn't realized they had sent an email. It is currently in the process but I so far have been treated very good and it shows how much they care by receiving the call. Thank you and I hope it is all sorted out soon 👍🏽🙂
