Excellent first impression. After speaking to Tara, I knew I didn’t have to shop around for any other companies. I trusted what she was saying and it really felt like she had my best interests in mind. She really went in depth explaining each step that would occur and stopped to answer any questions that I had along the way. She was very personable and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything during the process. Made the experience much easier and I felt more than comfortable moving forward with the decision.
