CAI went onto askalawyeroncall.com I went onto askalawyeroncall.com. looking for advice on how to procure a lawyer for a homeless person I was assisting. I paid $2.00 and then once I was into the site, I realized it was a monthly subscription so I left the site. I am a minister in a small Toronto, Ontario United Church congregation and our volunteer treasurer didn't notice that the church was billed $86.00/month in February, March and April until now. I did not knowingly sign up for, nor do I want or use this service. Now I cannot figure out how to cancel it! When I went back on the site, they wanted me to enter in my credit card again for another $2.00 to find out how to cancel it! Clearly I don't feel I can trust them at this point. What can I do?

GBHow to split a 401K without incurring the tax liability you would be subject to if you simply withdrew the money. I called with a vague question about splitting retirement unds and 401K's in a divorce. Not only was the question answered, but it was answered with a lot more details than I expected, and some suggestions about what I could do next.

GBMichael was really easy to talk to… Michael was really easy to talk to regarding my concerns. He was able to provide next steps and links to attorneys to prepare me if I need to take legal action.
