They were there to answer questions, but not overwhelm me with un needed information. We agreed on the approach and they did exactly what they promised. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their skills.

Easy Process! Simple straightforward process. I received a speeding ticket and they were able to have the ticket changed to illegal parking citation with no points on my record. Fine wasn't able to be reduced but they were upfront in the beginning about that being a possibility so no complaints there. Communication was handled all through email and they were very responsive. Would recommend!

Very Good They managed to reduce it by 200 dollars and made both traffic citations a non moving citation so I wouldn’t get any points on my license

Very quick and easy Very quick and easy. I didn't get a reduction in the fine amount, and had to actually pay $100 more, but it's definitely worth not getting any points and not having to go to traffic school.
