Gave me time to save for a bs ticket My tags were expired because of a failed smog test because I needed a new catalytic converter (which I couldn't afford), BUT there was no way I ran a red light when it was green the whole time. They charged me less than $100 and they managed to dismiss the expired tags charge and not have any points deducted from my driving record.
