Very Good They managed to reduce it by 200 dollars and made both traffic citations a non moving citation so I wouldn’t get any points on my license

Easy Process! Simple straightforward process. I received a speeding ticket and they were able to have the ticket changed to illegal parking citation with no points on my record. Fine wasn't able to be reduced but they were upfront in the beginning about that being a possibility so no complaints there. Communication was handled all through email and they were very responsive. Would recommend!

Took Away The Anxiety I was involved in a traumatic car accident. This accident caused me so much anxiety.
