GBnot bad,but you had to nickel & dime me… not bad,but you had to nickel & dime me for my burial wishes,after i purchased the 5 tr update plan,my wife lived for an additional month after purchase of the 5 yr plan,but you still wanted an extra $20.00 to fill out the death wish list i dont get it i am on a very limited budjet,on ss only and trying to get by

GBGreat Customer Service I had a couple of issues after purchasing the product and the customer service people for your company are excellent First words out of there mouths both times I called were thank you for bringing it to our attention and I will fix the problem right now. I am not use to getting that type of service anymore. I would strongly recommend them! Software was easy to use also! I hope they come out with a trust service package in the future.

GBSo easy to use! So easy to use! I've been putting this process off for years because I was so overwhelmed by having to think about every aspect of my final wishes and who would be carrying them out. I researched other sites to create a will, and this one came highly recommended. But it's so much more than just a final will! The wizard guides you every step of the way, and questions are thoughtful and everything makes sense, and I am finally creating a living will and power of attorney, as well as wishes for my funeral, and leaving messages that I want my loved ones to have once I'm gone. The estate planning pricing is incredible considering all that you receive. I'm still working my way through all the features, but have already referred 2 friends who have also been putting off this process because they were overwhelmed. Highly recommend!
