Ive been trying to register my trademark… Ive been trying to legally register my trademark for about a year now. I pride myself in doing things alone, but became a succubus of energy. I found TrademarkElite on the web and they seemed forthright enough. When I contacted an Attorney there she basically said to relax. They would take care of the whole deal for me. She did. Trademark Elite handled the trademark process well Trademark Elite handled the final process and was able to get approval without much effort on my part. I provided the documentation and examples they had requested and they handled everything from that point forward. They were quick to respond to my inquiries on Trademark status. I never had to wait more than a day for any updates. Overall they were excellent and easy to work with. The only suggestion I would have, is that they be more proactive with providing updates on the progress of the Trademark status and not wait for me to ask.
