Withdrew an extra $38.59 no notice Withdrew an extra $38.59 in my monthly payment ! Lately been hanging on by a thread and that $38 cost me a payment on another account! No warning ⚠️ no notifications just withdrawal! Got “pass the buck” “this is not my department” “I’ll have a manager call you back” but she Did know i wasn’t going to get my money back

The Huron group was so quick to respond… The Huron group was so quick to respond to my knees all questions and I asked the answer them accordingly and they reassure me how it was going to work and for me to be patient and is paying off because so far some things have happened and I’m looking forward to more I think them for this support and everything that they’re trying to do to help me because this was my first time experiencing anything like this. Thank you so much and you continue to do great work for others when I call on the phone.
