This week my offer was accepted and I am ever so grateful..With the hard work put forth by many, I would like to especially thank Eric Joseph and Rick Johnston. I was very hesitant to trust a company… I was very hesitant to trust a company with my taxes because I have been burned before. Instant Tax Solutions I called instant tax solutions and was immediately impressed with their customer service and staff. My case was handled with care and every time I called to speak with Elijah or Jackie I was met with thorough answers and prompt responses. I started with them in 2020 and they have now done each year of my tax returns since then, they got me set up on a payment plan that worked with my budget and I’m no longer getting threatening letters from the IRS. Best decision I ever made was calling instant tax solutions.

She always followed through and responded to all of my questions, keeping in constant contact. The receptionists were nice, and the tax preparers did a great jobletting me know everything i needed.
