GBI was very hesitant to trust a company… I was very hesitant to trust a company with my taxes because I have been burned before. I called instant tax solutions with the hopes that they were different from companies I’ve worked with in the past. My expectations were met and even exceeded. Megan and Avery were very on top of things and made the whole process easy for my old brain to comprehend. Katie was also a huge help in my case. Having a garnishment on my wages made it impossible to pay my bills, I needed to figure out something that was going to work with my budget. ITS got me an offer and compromise and it reduced my tax debt back in a way that isn’t detrimental to my life. I am eternally grateful for all the work instant tax solutions did on my behalf. GBWhen I thought all was Lost I was targeted by a scammer that used my identity to file taxes in my name. This happens in a state that I never resided in nor visited for that matter. When I thought I couldn’t get from underneath this problem, Instant Tax services came to the rescue and helped me tremendously. I am still a client to this day and would recommend them to anyone!

GBI'm bad at reviews I'm bad at reviews, but rebekkah helped us through several years of tax issues. She was thorough, and made me feel safe. She always followed through and responded to all of my questions, keeping in constant contact. The receptionists were nice, and the tax preparers did a great jobletting me know everything i needed.

GBWe can't say enough about the awesome… We can't say enough about the awesome services we received from Mark Walstrom of Instant Tax Solutions. He kept in constant touch with us and spoke to the IRS several times a week negotiating on our behalf. Mark was able to have the wage levy removed from my job and also convince the IRS to stop harassing us with those threatening letters.
