GBWhen I thought all was Lost I was targeted by a scammer that used my identity to file taxes in my name. This happens in a state that I never resided in nor visited for that matter. GBResults As Advertised Were Achieved Frankly, I thought this was going to be money thrown down the drain. It took several years and a lot of perseverance but ITS came thru with an amicable resolution. The entire staff was highly professional and courteous.
