I started with them in 2020 and they have now done each year of my tax returns since then, they got me set up on a payment plan that worked with my budget and I’m no longer getting threatening letters from the IRS. GBWhen I thought all was Lost I was targeted by a scammer that used my identity to file taxes in my name. This happens in a state that I never resided in nor visited for that matter.
