It took several years and a lot of perseverance but ITS came thru with an amicable resolution. The entire staff was highly professional and courteous. He kept in constant touch with us and spoke to the IRS several times a week negotiating on our behalf. Mark was able to have the wage levy removed from my job and also convince the IRS to stop harassing us with those threatening letters.
