An Attorney with personality and that can personalize. We had, what I would call not a typical Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It wasn't the most complicated one, but we knew it wasn't the easiest. Our Attorney Michael Sheridan made us feel very comfortable. He was very exemplary in explaining what was going on with our case and where it stood as it went through the stages. When there was a "hic-cup" towards the end, (at no fault of our Attorney) he once again walked us through and told us what would possibly suffice the Judge. Bankruptcy My bankruptcy seemed to be a little bit difficult because of the pay ratio. Michael Sheridan looked at many different angles to make sure that it would happen for me though.
