Insurance vs Me When you take out insurance you have this idea that you will be OK when the bad stuff happens. Well the bad stuff happened and then we were faced with fighting with the insurance who have a whole lot more experience in the litigation arena. Bob and Ryan took care of everything for us and kept us in the loop the whole way. We ended up settling for far less than they should have paid but we have a small nest egg to help with the ongoing costs. Thank you Bob and Ryan -- without you we would have gotten nothing!

These guys KNOW the insurance companies, and are case law experts!! My case was settled without going to trial, for a VERY satisfactory amount. McKennon Law basically gave us our life back!!

Disingenuous as Heck My case was eventually settled, but I was ultimately very disappointed in by the manner in which I was treated - by my own lawyers! They got a pretty penny in my case, but I was treated very poorly (rudely, even!) during the daylong settlement negotiations. They were in shark mode but forgot to turn it off when dealing with me, their client! I was near physical collapse by the end of the day (due to health issues) but never once did they bother to ask if I was ok. They may be good at law, but show a little respect, for crying out loud.
