I am very disappointed I am very disappointed. I paid for my patent certificate on January 10th. Even though I paid $600 for this last stage of the patent process, Jessica will not take responsibility for at least double checking with me regarding my mailing address before mailing out my original certificate. She sent it to a wrong address. I have been waiting for over 3 months and who knows when I will ever get my certified copy of my design patent. Of course, there was an initial handsome sum to submit an application for the patent itself. I have lost confidence in this firm.

Competence Andrew and his team helped me through my prior botched claim submittal. His team really studied my specifications and rewrote the claims in a simple, complete, bulletproof claim set.
