In these days where customer service has been "sold down the river" David has given the practice of law a new standard -- THE GOLD STANDARD!! He not only was knowledgeable in the area of law which we needed but had the best way -- and the least expensive way -- of achieving our goal, that of delivering our tenants their peace and quiet back by eliminating the blight that lived in one of our apartments. This tenant had played loud music, wouldn't turn it down, abused his girlfriend, didn't work, screamed profanities at the other tenants and was eventually arrested by the police and charged with assaulting a police officer when he failed to comply with a restraining order filed by one of our tenants.
