Both Michael and Mr. Kenneth are rude to their customers, they take your money, and instead of solving problems, they are intimidating you to accept deals. When I told this to Mr. Kenneth, he yelled at me and blamed me. Please be ware, dont use them, they are very very rude people and have no compassion or care in helping you what so ever.
