After problems wth our own twice applications, and coming very close in time for our departure, we decided to take your service for the EASTA. We executed the application and the payment as well - shortly afterwards we received an email message from Ms Sima saying that we had already requested the ESTA ourselves and it had also been confirmed. However, during our checks we always got the message that the application was not found at all. This made us very nervous, which is why we contacted your company. Since our application has already been confirmed, we have been notified by your company that the $95 we have already paid will be refunded to our account.
