Tracy was a great instructor Tracy was a great instructor, she was extremely helpful in teaching me more about alcohol and drug related problems. She made the class very inviting and welcoming.

The instructor Tracy is great The instructor Tracy is great! She makes it exciting to learn and keeps it real. She doesn’t sugar coat things and makes sure you have the information you need. She definitely made something not so enjoyable to be enjoyable (as much as it could be). It was good to also learn things I didn’t know so I can apply it and be more knowledgeable go forward.

I highly recommend this class if you… I highly recommend this class if you want to make a change into your life. The instructor is very passionate about the topic and anyone that is joining the class. Very open minded, understanding and respectful. If you sign up with her, you will not regret it.

Very happy!!!! Tracy is great instructor she walks you thru every slide and then asks you questions to make sure you really understand and showing progress the videos are boring but she brings them to life...if you've got to take this class she is the one you want to take it with
