GBOur experience with TaxRise has been… Our experience with TaxRise has been mostly negative starting with our first conversation when they told us they can save us $4k right away and possibly more later. Turns out they did save us $4k and only that amount after charging us $6k for that service. also, the process took forever, they would email us asking us to respond immediately and when we did, they took their time getting back to us. the last issue (which is still ongoing is that they offered to help file our current taxes and are still working on it months later (they even tried to file it and it was rejected because of an income that other accountants and H&R block didn't have an issue with in the past. Stay away and please avoid!!!
