Our experience with TaxRise has been… Our experience with TaxRise has been mostly negative starting with our first conversation when they told us they can save us $4k right away and possibly more later. Turns out they did save us $4k and only that amount after charging us $6k for that service. also, the process took forever, they would email us asking us to respond immediately and when we did, they took their time getting back to us. the last issue (which is still ongoing is that they offered to help file our current taxes and are still working on it months later (they even tried to file it and it was rejected because of an income that other accountants and H&R block didn't have an issue with in the past. Stay away and please avoid!!!

Tax Rise Reps… Tax Rise representatives take time and put in effort of helping you resolve your tax challenges. All cases are different and our is super complicated but Tax Rise is definitely helping us straighten our tax situation out.

Customer service personable n kind. Numbers kind of people I have forgotten the name of the woman that I just spoke with at TaxRise. She was extremely customer service oriented, kind, personable and seemed extremely interested in getting our claim resolved. Thank you 5*

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE VERY POOR IN ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS AND YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK WITH THE ACCOUNTANT. THE CASE MANAGERS ARE CLUELESS. I HAD TO SEARCH ON GOOGLE FOR THE ANSWER I NEEDED. MY QUESTION WAS...IS YOUR HOUSING EXPENSES/RENT A TAX DEDUCTION. AND YES IT IS IF YOU HAVE AN LLC AND ITS PART OF THE OPERATING AGREEMENT/JOB BENEFIT YOU GIVE YOURSELF. NOT TO MENTION CANT ANSWER WHAT % OF YOUR CAR INSURANCE IS A DEDUCTION WHEN ITS 100% DEDUCTABLE. ESP W FIXED MILEAGE. FIND A LOCAL ACCOUNTANT THAT YOU CAN SEE FACE TO FACE AND SPEAK WITH. AVOID THIS BIZ LIKE THE PLAGUE. A WASTE OF MONEY.
