I HAD TO SEARCH ON GOOGLE FOR THE ANSWER I NEEDED. MY QUESTION WAS...IS YOUR HOUSING EXPENSES/RENT A TAX DEDUCTION. AND YES IT IS IF YOU HAVE AN LLC AND ITS PART OF THE OPERATING AGREEMENT/JOB BENEFIT YOU GIVE YOURSELF. NOT TO MENTION CANT ANSWER WHAT % OF YOUR CAR INSURANCE IS A DEDUCTION WHEN ITS 100% DEDUCTABLE. ESP W FIXED MILEAGE. FIND A LOCAL ACCOUNTANT THAT YOU CAN SEE FACE TO FACE AND SPEAK WITH. AVOID THIS BIZ LIKE THE PLAGUE. A WASTE OF MONEY.
