Easy to use on the retail floor, both wired and wireless terminals. We rarely have issues and if we do, they are resolved within 24 hours.

GBAditya has been my go to guy for months… Aditya has been my go to guy for months now. He is very helpful in walking you through troubleshooting. I've had to have a few machines replaced, but he is always very punctual on shipping them out. Once I tell him they're stuck and broken with pictures, he immediately gets me a new one within the week(usually just a day or two). GBI had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.
