I had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.

Customer Service = awesome Customer Service = awesome! Great response times and a solution is always found. Accurate reporting and good dashboard capabilities. Easy to use on the retail floor, both wired and wireless terminals. We rarely have issues and if we do, they are resolved within 24 hours.
