I had a terminal that quit working I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.
