CAThank you!! I cannot thank these guys enough! My husband and I are both Canadian citizens but my husband has oil contracts in the states. Our tax guys here never told us that we needed to file for income earned in the US and the IRS came after my husband big time and froze his passport. I needed help and found these guys. After calling them and an initial consultation with Mike, David and his team were able to get my husbands passport unfrozen and are working on cleaning up his giant mess. USThank you for your help!!! My husband passed about 2 years ago and he always handled our taxes. I received a letter from the IRS that we owed a lot of back taxes that I didn't know about. I found Ultimate Tax and had a long conversation with Ron Spencer. They had my 2022 taxes filed in a couple of weeks and I owed a little more due to pulling money out of our retirement account when my husband passed. Nearly 4 months to the day and they called to say they had a resolution for my entire tax balance. They got it reduced a lot and I was able to break that up into a few payments I could afford. I couldn't have paid what the IRS said we owed.
