My credit went from 750 down to 500 in… My credit went from 750 down to 500 in least then 2 months. They said my credit would get better within 3-6 months and I called again after seeing my credit and now they are saying 18-24 months my credit will improve which is a whole lot of bs. This is literally just a scam

Company is friendly. But they are lawyers Company is very friendly and nice when signing up but treat you like a dirty dish rag when you cancel the program. My intentions were to rejoin the program after working through a rough spot. But the true customer service was revealed. My advice is to make sure this the right program for you and don’t make an emotional decision.
