Company is friendly. But they are lawyers Company is very friendly and nice when signing up but treat you like a dirty dish rag when you cancel the program. My intentions were to rejoin the program after working through a rough spot. But the true customer service was revealed. My advice is to make sure this the right program for you and don’t make an emotional decision.

The best way to get out of debt... I was trying to figure out a way to get out of debt for a long time, and started doing it by doing balance transfers. After a while, it began to be a headache for me and it was just too much work to constantly be doing it just to avoid these insane credit card interest rates.
