This "business" is a joke A fourth grader could do a better job. Here's why: they have these intake consultants that cannot collect accurate assessments (even after you put it in writing and spell it out). They harassed me for weeks to make an appointment, only to learn they had me mixed up with another client and sent the other client's sensitive information to me. They text, call, and email you nonstop. I was always polite and professional until I had enough today. Stay away from a service that can't keep client information confidential. I'm sure the poor client whose information was given to me (more than once) would not appreciate his personal records and details shared. The attorneys that I did eventually speak with were not very helpful or knowledgeable. After working with this business for months, I get an email today (that actually was my information) and it confirmed they never understood the facts to begin with. They CANNOT HANDLE complex situations.
