Unethical Last year, my husband and I contracted with TaxHelp USA for help on a tax debt. Their fees were $3500 but we felt in our situation, the investment would benefit us based on the information Jason Banks in sales told us in our 2-hr conversation. They set us up with Equity, which financed a loan for the services expected to be rendered by TaxHelp USA. After about 2 or 3 payments my husband and I paid off Equity in full. Nothing had yet happened on our case. No information was ever proactively given to me without my reaching out to them. Months went by sometimes and getting in contact with anyone that could answer me about the status of our account. In February 2024, a family member paid off our tax liability and we no longer needed services from this company. We have been asked several times by TaxHelp USA for signatures on IRS form 8821, which is Power of Attorney. TaxHelp USA could not advocate for us without it. We had sent at least three of them;one on the very day we started the process back in July 2023. Because they kept asking for this document, I know nothing regarding the service we paid for had been done. I have reached out at least four times in the past two months. Each time, someone says they will have a supervisor or manager call me "tomorrow"; however, tomorrow has never come. They are avoiding me and my patience is about done. We paid $3500 in good faith for help. We got nothing. Services were not rendered. Avoid this company. Shameful and unethical!

Amazing company highly recommend Amazing company with highly qualified and accessible staff. The communication has been stellar. I received a surprise, very large tax bill last year and they have worked with the IRS and my state on my behalf in every way possible to manage this burden. They have been so very helpful, kind, and patient. They are very good at what they do and I am going to have them file my yearly taxes going forward. They always take my calls or return my call promptly. I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs.

Sigh of relief! For a long time I just had the stress of my debt on the back of my mind.. until I saw a Facebook ad for Tax Help USA... I called them up and spoke to Aida, she was very friendly, knowledgeable.. and patient. After we struck a deal, My debt was negotiated to a much lower amount, and I only have 2 small payments left and I'll be completely debt free. It's a huge weight off my shoulders. I must say that this company is very understanding! I must say that this company is very helpful and compassionate. My husband and I changed our minds about using their services due to an issue on our end. They were very understanding and arranged for us to end our contract with them (even though they had started working on our case). Wonderful customer service!
