Writing Wills During Covid I thought it would be an idea to write my will, as I'd been putting it off due to the flaff and process I imagined it would take. And, heavens, it's something we don't really want to think about. Anyway, having said all that, I found Austins Solicitors Chiswick to be so helpful, and made it easy for me. I feel so much better now I've done it.

Do Not Hire This Solicitor Hiring Austins as our solicitor when buying a new property nearly caused us to lose the house. They were responsive at first engagement, and until we made the downpayment. After that, we could not get hold of them, and our Mortgage Brokers could not find her or her practice in the Lenders’ panel. Austins was unresponsive, never available, and rude on the phone and on email with both us, our mortgage brokers, and our realtor. They refused to send us a detailed bill of her services when we seized service and ghosted us during the most important phase of the buying process. That, toppled with constant typos and mistakes on email, and a shaddy office practice seemingly unrecognised by one of the UK major lenders, made the firm an absolute nightmare to work with. In the end, we were forced to change solicitors and never saw our money back.
