Not only did you make over 10k worth of mistakes on my clients taxes, you absolutely REFUSED to help her in any way! We tried for eight months to find out. Have you filed those taxes that were wrong? Do we need to file a 1040 X to correct your issues? Runaround was given at every turn. It wasn’t until we contacted the IRS personally, that we got any answers. During this time you also managed to pilfer almost $16,000 from my client. For taxes done wrong, Not amended and for you to not return calls or give any answers. I see you like to scrub for negative comments and then put the persons personal information out here trying to defend yourselves. Truly a despicable company who prays on those who don’t understand taxes. Shame on you.

Beware! Company takes your money Beware!! I was referred by friend and Googled the wrong company name a $1250 mistake! I gave my cc number and 5 days later canceled. I sent a few documents to a Hannah. I was told they would let me know of a refund. I never received any response. I spoke to attorney Evan who called me a stupid b***h and said we are lawyers and don't work for nothing. Five days $1250?! I have called several times no response. I have disputed cc charge but in their form it says they decide if you receive a refund?!! This company is awful. Please stay away I did not commit charge back fraud when your attorney sent a text stating a 50 percent refund. The form I signed said refunds were decided case by case. Please don't falsely accuse me

Been working with them couple of years Been working with them couple of years. No result yet. For a year now been told it just takes time to settle. Then the guy I have been talking to won't answer now and never calls back. Now every time I call I'm told a different person's name is my contact person yet have never talked to them. They are always on another line when I call and just keep getting bills from IRS. SO FRUSTRATING
