GBI did not use Boundless advisors this… I did not use Boundless advisors this year. In 2023 I ended up having to file through TurboTax because Nicole did not complete the return on time. As others stated, she disappeared and would not respond to messages. She also promised to complete my local taxes for me, and did not, I had to file those on my own as well and they were late! I understand the need for a work-life balance, but as a tax accountant you are extremely busy for about 4 months of the year. To be successful, you need to provide more time to your clients and finish the job during tax season.

GBHighly recommend Boundless Advisors! I found Nicole with Boundless Advisors through a private group on Facebook and decided to hire her despite doing my own taxes previous years.
