GB*** WARNING *** *** WARNING *** Horrible technical support. They only let you email. I had XRP sold off in 2020 due to the SEC Lawsuit and Coinbase delisting. All my Losses were not calculated. I followed their instructions how to manuall import those transactions and my 2020 Form 8949 was showing gains instead of losses. No Way to reach out to a live person.

GBI thought I would never get my taxes straightend out I thought I would never get my taxes straightened out because i couldn't find some information and the first tax program I tried just confused the situation further. Thanks to the wonderful CS people at TAXbit I was able to get information I needed and then put the purchase history together. I had overpaid my taxes for three years and will now get a well deserved refund. ( It took over five months to get it right)

GBTaxBit/2022 Review TaxBit, this tax season, 2022, compared to last year's 2021 tax season was "A breeze"! Last year, I could barely breathe or sleep with any Of the SAAS programs... My TaxBit rep Vanessa, conducted herself professionally and patiently as she represented TaxBit & MYSELF, in the most effective & efficient manner possible. A 'Gem' of an employee TaxBit has. Kudos! Well done! Keep improving! We need companies like TaxBit! However, I think it's the exchanges fault...losing cost basis addresses! About 10 of my trades were not properly recorded; nor recorded in any of my exchanges, nor was the exchange aware of these 'missing, important' cost transactions... Closer attention is required to report details all year long is best. I'm trying "CoinLedger" this year!

GBI've tried out a few "crypto tax" services ... I've tried out a few "crypto tax services", and (IMHO) Taxbit comes out on top for a couple of reasons: 1. They seem to have the best integration / selection of exchange / wallet API support. 2. Their customer service is great; if you need help importing a CSV into your account, they can help you out with that. They're actively improving the product with NFT support and they're starting to build out more of a "portfolio" feature, which is cool. I'd give 'em a try!

BEI have used taxbit quite a bit this… I have used taxbit quite a bit this last year. Their response time is generally speaking very fast for most issues. Several issues required more attention and sadly took months/weeks too resolve. The software that taxbit offers is definetly inferior to competitors. It doesn't match incoming/outgoing transfers. Syncs regularly failed. Going through all your transactions can be very frustrating because the software can be slow. Little to no tax support for people outside of the United States. I would not recommend them to anyone that lives outside the U.S.
