Chat Support is responsive and Friendly. 14 Day Software Trial Option CONS:: No Hardware wallets, like Ledger imports available. Accurate coin totals don't show. No option to show stolen or lost transactions. Tier 2 support not available via chat. Summary: Many things to like but the software should be more mature for it's age. Hardware wallet integration is a must for a easy user experience and more customizable options/filters. Support is quick and responsive. Almost great, so close! That said, I will try it for a year and see what Taxbit does to make it better.

transactions not pulled in I noticed that important transactions were not being pulled in with the API synch-- I contacted customer service, they said I really had to cross check everything to make sure it worked. I asked what was the point then of paying them? I told them I didn't like that process, they didn't apologize or offer assistance. Michael, the person I spoke with disconnected. What is the point of using a service if you can't trust them to bring in major transactions that affect your tax total? What a waste. I may as well do this all myself.

Awesome help with my taxes Gathering everything together for taxes is always a chore but the thought of gathering every last crypto transaction had me quite anxious. However, once I discovered TaxBit, my worries were over. The only difficulty was when I transferred Bitcoin to my node. The node crashed and fortunately I was able to recover most of it through a third party app and TaxBit, understandably couldn’t decipher this. I was, however able to modify the file to accommodate for the difference. All in all, TaxBit was a great help.

TaxBit/2022 Review TaxBit, this tax season, 2022, compared to last year's 2021 tax season was "A breeze"! Last year, I could barely breathe or sleep with any Of the SAAS programs... My TaxBit rep Vanessa, conducted herself professionally and patiently as she represented TaxBit & MYSELF, in the most effective & efficient manner possible. A 'Gem' of an employee TaxBit has. Kudos! Well done! Keep improving! We need companies like TaxBit! However, I think it's the exchanges fault...losing cost basis addresses! About 10 of my trades were not properly recorded; nor recorded in any of my exchanges, nor was the exchange aware of these 'missing, important' cost transactions... Closer attention is required to report details all year long is best. I'm trying "CoinLedger" this year!

I've tried out a few "crypto tax" services ... I've tried out a few "crypto tax services", and (IMHO) Taxbit comes out on top for a couple of reasons: 1. They seem to have the best integration / selection of exchange / wallet API support. 2. Their customer service is great; if you need help importing a CSV into your account, they can help you out with that. They're actively improving the product with NFT support and they're starting to build out more of a "portfolio" feature, which is cool. I'd give 'em a try!
