Absolute horrendous experience I used their service for 3 years in a row, with no problem whatsoever. They were the most expensive but service was great... then. One day I clicked the refresh button and everything turned to shaite. I suddenly had hundreds of Missing cost basis, but if you read the transactions list, all the info was there. Then started a several months battle. They have NO customers service - I am not kidding. No phone number to reach them! Only a chatbot redirecting you towards bs articles. I finally get in touch by email with "someone in the Development Team", assuring me it is a bug that only affected me, and now everything works. Big lies (lots of people I know had the same problems, my issues were NEVER fixed)... I finally had enough after months of headaches and went to CoinLedger, it is absolutely amazing there is no comparaison.

I have used taxbit quite a bit this… I have used taxbit quite a bit this last year. Their response time is generally speaking very fast for most issues. Several issues required more attention and sadly took months/weeks too resolve. The software that taxbit offers is definetly inferior to competitors. It doesn't match incoming/outgoing transfers. Syncs regularly failed. Going through all your transactions can be very frustrating because the software can be slow. Little to no tax support for people outside of the United States. I would not recommend them to anyone that lives outside the U.S.

Horrible Customer Service I paid my $180 subscription and linked my exchanges. TaxBit identified my crypto transactions -- at first. When I sold some crypto TaxBit didn't get the transactions correct. It still showed I owned part of them. Customer service responded quickly but the problems were never resolved. I waited 8 months. NOTHING. Terrible company. Did they refund my money? Nope. Did they perform as advertised? Nope. Also, last year when I downloaded form 8949 for the IRS the report was generic. They don't even put their name on the report so I can show the IRS who compiled the data. They don't even stand behind their work. Totally disappointed!!!!

Very expedient response from cx service… Very expedient response from customer service. For a service I have not yet paid for yet (they have different plans), most companies are going to prioritize their customers that pay the most. Not TaxBit, they respond to anyone and everyone in legit 24-48 hours. Don’t even think that’s business hours, they respond so quick and they actually do what is needed to resolve the issue you have. I am so glad I found this company for crypto tax software

Poor system and bad customer service... TaxBit is not extracting the correct data from crypto exchange. Some transactions are missing. Some assets are missing in my Holdings. It shows certain assets in my Holdings which I don't own :). The customer service rep. is sending a canned answer even after I gave very detailed information. Just deleted the account!
