GBTax Bit is tops in caring customer service! I had unsuscessfuly tried to use tax software prior to contacting TaxBit. Tax Bit customer service enabled me to upload documents!!! When I had a problem they would find a way to do things. They were all very positive, encouraging, and understanding! GBAbsolute horrendous experience I used their service for 3 years in a row, with no problem whatsoever. They were the most expensive but service was great... then. One day I clicked the refresh button and everything turned to shaite. I suddenly had hundreds of Missing cost basis, but if you read the transactions list, all the info was there. Then started a several months battle. They have NO customers service - I am not kidding. No phone number to reach them! Only a chatbot redirecting you towards bs articles. I finally get in touch by email with "someone in the Development Team", assuring me it is a bug that only affected me, and now everything works. Big lies (lots of people I know had the same problems, my issues were NEVER fixed)... I finally had enough after months of headaches and went to CoinLedger, it is absolutely amazing there is no comparaison.

GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS SPACE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS SPACE.....I approach everything nowadays with utmost caution, seems like you can't trust anyone or anything in today's world...that being said, Taxbit proved to be a refreshing breath of fresh air. The customer service, for me, was absolutely amazing, professional, and efficient. As I was getting my digital asset taxes organized, Taxbit reps were friendly, responsive, and helped me get the job done. GREAT JOB!!!

GBtransactions not pulled in I noticed that important transactions were not being pulled in with the API synch-- I contacted customer service, they said I really had to cross check everything to make sure it worked. I asked what was the point then of paying them? I told them I didn't like that process, they didn't apologize or offer assistance. Michael, the person I spoke with disconnected. What is the point of using a service if you can't trust them to bring in major transactions that affect your tax total? What a waste. I may as well do this all myself.
