GBTook the money then ghosted me They seemed very professional at first as Mr. Paul Cramer had a run through the lease I was offered and pointed a few things out, charging £443 for it. Some of his points I didn't really understand but he refused to clarify any further unless I instructed the case with them. Maybe rude, but fair, I thought. So I spent another 3 days making my own checks on the documents I had and later got back to him stating I'd have instructed him to represent me. I never got any reply to my email. The day after I called and his secretary said I'd get a call back, but I didn't get any. Third day I called again, and again no call back. I was at risk of losing my business opportunity because of the time passing, and I don't think I'm supposed to be chasing ppl I'm paying so I hired a different solicitor to start over with. I still don't know what was wrong with Paul Cramer and Nedas Law.

I direct the firm to make a payment of £750 to Mr Ismail in recognition of the distress and inconvenience caused. I have asked Mr Ismail to let us know what his decision is by 14 November 2022. We will then let you know whether Mr. Ismail has accepted or rejected my decision. If the decision is accepted, we will require you to take the actions I have directed within 10 working days of us informing you of their acceptance. If the remedy includes a financial payment, you will either need to make this within 10 working days, if you are able, or if you need any information from Mr Ismail in order to make the payment e.g. identification, bank details, to have requested this within 10 working days, and then make the payment within 10 working days of the information being received.
